International Night 2015
At ’International Night’ International Community Odense was officially launched by Her Royal Highness Princess Marie and Deputy Mayor Steen Møller from City of Odense.
Speeches, opera, canapées from local restaurants and gameshows about living in Denmark were all a part of the programme, when International Community Odense invited the international citizens of Odense to a festive evening at Musikhuset Posten November 13 2015. More than 500 people showed up and helped us launch Odense’s new initiative for expats and their accompanying families.

International employees, business owners and students from all over the world gathered at Musikhuset Posten for International Night.
American journalist and author Kay Xander Mellish entertained the crowd with her gameshow 'Who wants to pay topskat?' - her own version of 'Who wants to be a millionaire?'.
The guest had a good time with Jeopardy-categories like 'Fun with taxes' and 'How to offend the Danes'.
International Night also marked the start of Odense Host Programme. The programme's first participants were matched on stage, when Naeem, an expat from Pakistan, met his 'culture host' Steen Møller, Deputy Mayor.
